2	tb	Chocolate syrup (Fox's U-Bet brand is preferred)
1/3	c	Ice cold milk
2/3	c	Ice cold seltzer

Put chocolate syrup in bottom of a 12 ounce glass. Add milk and stir. Slowly add seltzer, stirring quickly, but no more than necessary to get a good head going.
